Privacy policy
In force from 13 August 2026. Applies to grabtech.pl.
In short, in case you do not feel like reading it all.
This site uses no cookies at all. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising and no tracking. The only data I collect is what you type into the contact form yourself. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data is Michał Grabowski, Wąbrzeźno, operator of grabtech.pl. Contact for data matters: kontakt@grabtech.pl.
I have not appointed a data protection officer, because at this scale of processing the law does not require one. I answer all matters personally.
What data I collect and why

Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or a phone number I have no way to reply. I do not use profiling or automated decision making.
How long I keep it
- Correspondence in the mailbox: up to 24 months from the last message, then I delete it.
- Sending records in the mail system: about 30 days, according to the service settings.
- The submission counter for a given IP: 10 minutes, it clears itself.
- Settlement documents, if we work together: 5 years, as tax regulations require.
Who I pass data to
I do not sell or share data with anyone for marketing purposes. I use three services which, from a technical point of view, come into contact with the data:

All libraries, styles, images and icons are loaded from the grabtech.pl server. The only exception are the typefaces from Fontshare. That service sees your IP address, as with any website visit, but does not store cookies and does not build a profile.
Cookies and browser storage
This site stores no cookies at all. You can check for yourself: press F12, the Application or Storage tab, the Cookies section. It will be empty.
I do use the browser's local storage to remember your settings. This is technical data, stored solely on your device. It never reaches any server and does not allow you to be identified:

Under telecommunications law, consent is required only for data that is not necessary for the site to work. The three items above remember only your own choices, which is why I do not ask for consent and do not display a banner. If I ever add analytics or advertising, a banner will appear along with them.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access to your data and to receive a copy of it,
- rectification of the data if it is incorrect,
- erasure of the data, unless a tax obligation prevents it,
- restriction of processing,
- transfer of the data to another entity,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of them, simply write to kontakt@grabtech.pl. I reply within 30 days. If you believe I process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Changes
If I change the way I process data, I will update this page and change the date at the top. For significant changes I will inform the people I am in contact with.
